Summary:
Responsible for assisting in the implementation of production line procedures, maintaining workflow and preparing contracts for delivery, Must be supervise clients with MH/MR conditions.
Assist in the preparation of materials for shipment, ensuring that quality and quantity are as specified, bringing any problems to the attention of the Program Coordinator. Incumbent must assume the responsibility for a section of the production line employing a specified number of clients and basic production on-site
Qualifications:
High School education or equivalent.
2 years experience working with individuals with disabilities.
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
License and ability to drive a forklift in a workshop setting
Able to work with and supervise MH/MR clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Act 33 and 34 ClearancesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
